Once upon a time in a big, big forest, there lived a very silly squirrel named Sammy. Sammy loved to run and jump and play all day long. But one sunny morning, he couldn't find his favorite acorn anywhere! Sammy looked high and low, under big rocks and behind tall trees, but the acorn was nowhere to be found.
Feeling worried, Sammy asked his wise old friend, Wise Owl, for help. Wise Owl told him to take a deep breath and sit quietly for a moment. Sammy thought it was a silly idea at first, but he decided to give it a try.
As Sammy sat under a cozy tree and took a deep breath, he felt his racing heart slow down. He noticed the soft rustle of the leaves and the gentle warmth of the sun on his fur. Suddenly, he spotted the acorn right in front of him, hidden under a pile of colorful leaves!
Sammy learned that sometimes, being calm and patient can help us find what we're looking for. From that day on, whenever Sammy felt worried, he remembered to take a deep breath and look at things with a calm heart.
