One sunny day, little Lily and her playful puppy, Max, went for a walk in the park. They giggled and chased each other around when suddenly, Surprise! Max jumped into a big pile of leaves and disappeared! Lily's eyes grew wide as she searched and searched, but she couldn't find him anywhere.
Just as she started to feel a little scared, out popped Max, barking and wagging his tail. Lily felt a surge of joy and hugged him tight. She realized that Max was just playing a funny game of hide-and-seek.
Lily and Max continued their walk, and soon, they stumbled upon a group of ducks swimming in the pond. As Lily leaned in to get a closer look, Surprise! A duck quacked loudly, making Lily jump back and giggle. She learned that surprises can be funny and exciting.
